Bancolombia, one of the most used banking entities by Colombians, has been implementing new tools in its digital platform to improve the experience of its users. Among them, there is the QR code, a function that allows transfers and payments in an agile and safe way.

However, as in any technological system, failures that affect transactions, payments or withdrawals can be presented, which generates inconveniences for customers. For this reason, the entity has announced in advance that some of its services will be temporarily out of operation in the next few days due to maintenance work.
According to the entity, the QR services and your keys will not be available at the following schedules:
- Friday, February 7: From 2:00 am to 4:00 am
- Saturday, February 8: From 10:30 pm to 2:00 am on Sunday, February 9.
With the aim of minimizing the impact on its customers, the entity recommended anticipating transactions and using other available channels. “Transfer up to $ 3 million to Bancolombia accounts, pay with your cards or withdrawal in ATMs and correspondents,” suggests the platform.
Bancolombia recommends users to plan their banking operations and avoid inconveniences during the interruption hours.
