Santo Domingo.- This Monday started the program “Future to a thousand”, An initiative of the Ministry of Education (MINERD) in which again, a Single payment of A thousand pesos for each child who studies in an educational center of the Public Sector.
Education He explained that this is an initiative to support parentsmothers or tutors that have their registered and active children in the educational centers pre -university.
With the slogan “Supporting the education of your children”, the Minerd will benefit around two million students in public schools.
The Minerd called parents to enter the website Futureamil.gob.do so that they can Verify and update your data and receive the Economic benefit of one thousand pesos granted by the Government.
The beneficiaries of “Future A thousand” will receive a text message through their mobile phone with a Banreservas remittance codewhich will allow them to withdraw the money in any commercial office of that banking institution.

In case they do not receive the automatic message, fathers, mothers or guardians can register with their identity card number on the www portal. Futureamil.gob.do, where They must place their cell phone number and the identification code (ID) of each student under their tutelage.
