The undergraduate foot will be paid by the Higher Education Personnel Improvement Coordination (Capes), linked to MEC.
According to Notice 1/2025 From the CAPES Degree Foot, only the registration at the Public University until February 3 does not guarantee the monthly benefit. After registration, the student must register curriculum and pre-registration in Freire Platformmanaged by CAPES and to accept the term of science and agreement.
The preliminary result will be known on April 4. The final list of those selected for the scholarship will be released on April 14. Finally, the bags will begin to be paid to those selected from May 1st.
CAPES warns that the manifestation of interest does not ensure the granting of the scholarship. Confirmation is required exclusively by CAPES, after the final result is published.
The vacancies will be filled primarily by the courses offered through Sisu. The other forms of granting the benefit are by the University for All Program (ProUni) and the Student Financing Fund (FIES).
If the number of candidates who make pre-registration on the Freire platform is greater than 12 thousand vacancies, will have priority students with the highest grade in Enem 2024. If there is a draw, the candidate with the highest grade in the writing of this exam will be preference. The last tiebreaker criterion will be the student’s age.
