Congress: they raise expulsion of foreigners detained in flagrance

Congressman Miguel Ciccia, of the popular renewal bench, presented a legislative initiative that promotes the expulsion of foreigners detained in flagrance.

The initiative modifies legislative decree 1350 of migrations, providing the expulsion of foreigners detained in flagrance committing various crimes.

To do this, literal is changed f. of numeral 58.1 of article 58 of the aforementioned Legislative Decree, which is written as follows:

“58.1 foreigners who are incursive in the following cases are expelled: f. Those who are arrested in flagrance carrying out crimes against patrimony; with public security and tranquility; against the economic, financial and monetary order; against public faith; against the State and the National Defense; against humanity and environmental and tax crimes ”, It is indicated.

The initiative was sent to the National Defense, Internal Order commissions, alternative development and fight against drugs; and justice and human rights, for their study and opinion.
