The Judiciary shared the resolution of the Permanent Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court in which it confirms, at all ends, the first instance ruling that declares the illegality of the National Policies Alliance of Workers, Farmers, University, Reservists and Workers (Antaur).
Through its official social networks, Judicial Branch shared the appeal No. 4407-2024 that indicates the declaration of unanimity of illegality of the political party that sought to bring to the presidency to the expressidiary Antauro Humala.

As is known, the Permanent Civil Chamber of the Supreme Court confirmed at all its extremes the ruling of the first instance that declared the illegality of the political organization National Alliance of Workers, Farmers, University, Reservists and Workers (Antauro).
The Supreme Court said that “it is significant that the leaders who head the located party have not made a demarcation against the proposals made by Antaur Announcing the re -foundation of the Republic, under the brand ‘of the historical lesson’ so that the citizen thinks. ”
What the Chamber of Constitutional and Social Law of the Supreme Court warned – in the first instance – that left the party out of the electoral race, is that it has been accredited that Antauro Humala Tasso is not a simple militant in the political group – since it does not appear as a leader – but is the leader in practice and his speech attempts against the civil rights of Peruvians.
