The wild attack occurred in May 2023, in circumstances in which José Castillo Paima was attacked by the Venezuelan, Walter Rayco Lozano, when he was inside his cell of the ex -dry prison center.
“My son has suffered 14 stabs being in his cell for a Venezuelan, my son is in danger. I want them to change my son of the pavilion and I am afraid that they kill him at any time. My son is paying his guilt, but they have almost killed him, ”said Manuela Paima Silva, mother of the attacked inmate.

The mother added that her son after the attack has been invalid and now her aggressor is again in the same pavilion. “I ask the authorities to support me, I am afraid that my son dies. As every mother is a criminal or whatever, I hope she returns home. They are paying their convictions, but because so much damage, because they allow them to be attacked, they cannot walk, use crutches, because they stabbed their two legs. The Venezuelan has returned and threatened it, ”said Manuela Paima.

Precisely yesterday, together with the representative of the Anti -Corruption Coordinator of Piura, Roxana Vilela, he went to the Human Rights Prosecutor’s Office to request guarantees.
