The Prosecutor of the Nation, through the area of illicit enrichment and constitutional complaints, filed a constitutional complaint against congresswoman Lucinda Vásquez Vela for the alleged filtration of teacher evidence for the promotion to the magisterial public career in November 2021. The Public Ministry investigates the parliamentarian of Magisterial Block for the alleged crime of aggravated influences.
According to the fiscal thesis, the investigation events date from August 31 to November 13, 2021 time in which the legislator would have offered various teachers in San Martín, who were applicants to the National Public Contest of Access to the Race Masterial Public in that year, intercede before the officials of the Ministry of Education to obtain the National Single Test.
