The complaint is based on the Decree No. 0069 of 2025whereby the national government ordered the postponement of appropriations of the General Budget of the Nation For the current year.

Briceño also ensures that $ 328,532 million were also cut for Transmilenio on 13th Street and $ 345,735 million for the Western Regiotram.
Likewise, he warned that the decision of the Ministry of Finance could fail to comply with the co -financing commitments between La Nación and Bogotá, established in Conpes 3900 of 2017 and the Cofinance Agreement 002 of 2018, which allocates $ 15 billion in resources for the construction of the Metro .
