A man died and another was arrested Tuesday night during an alleged confrontation with the National Police On Francisco Alberto Caamaño Avenue, near the O&M University, in the province The Roman.
The deceased was identified as Juan Aronder, 24, who died while receiving medical care at a town health center.
The detainee, whose identity has not been revealed by the authorities, remains in custody.
According to the preliminary report, the incident occurred when three individuals allegedly assaulted several people. When detected, they were persecuted by police officers, which resulted in a Exchange of shooting.
