Táchira’s 3rd Court issued a conviction consisting of eight years in prison against Valoy Reina Mora (42) after admitting his responsibility in the traffic of 34 cocaine wrappers, prosecution reported.
Such stash was seized on August 15, 2024 by officials of the Bolivarian National Police in the El Abejal sector of the city of Palmira, Guásimos municipality of the Táchira state.
According to the investigation, PNB officials spotted a man with a Koala, who took nervous attitude for the police presence. When trying to flee from the place, he was intervened and subject to an inspection in the presence of witnesses.
In the review of the Koala a contentive cartridge of 34 minienvolories of cocaine whose net weight was 104 grams was found, says the report of the Public Ministry.
