Most fast food shops [fast food] from São Paulo and in 20 other cities of São Paulo did not have the Protocol poster Don’t shut up, Public policy of the state of combating violence against women in bars, ballads, restaurants, shows of shows, events and the like. This is what the Procon Foundation registered during the inspection operation called Fast food.
According to Procon, of the 147 establishments of fast food visited in the state capital, 79 did not have or were flawed on the protocol poster Don’t shut upwhich offers guidelines for allegations of violence against women.
Flaws
In addition, Procon also found other failures or non -conformities in these establishments: 133 companies did not present the training course certificate of their employees, three had irregularities regarding pricing and two lacking signaling regarding the laws of anti -trick and prohibition of alcohol for minors.
In the interior and on the coast of the state of São Paulo, the inspectors visited 89 companies and found some irregularity in 77 of them (86.52%).
The main problems found, as in the capital, were related to the protocol Don’t shut up. Failure to present the certificate of training of its employees and the incorrect absence or writing of the poster with the mandatory information about the protocol.
