The National Prosecutor’s Office, through the Area of Illicit Enrichment and Constitutional Complaints, filed a constitutional complaint against Guido Bellido Ugartealleged perpetrator of the crime of aggravated influence peddling, to the detriment of the State; and against Roberto Sánchez Palomino, alleged perpetrator of the crime of incompatible negotiation, to the detriment of the State.
Through a statement, the prosecution reported that Guido Bellido “is credited with exerting influence” on the former Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Roberto Helbert Sánchez Palomino, so that he hires Daniel Abarca in said ministry.

This fact would have been realized when he was appointed as an advisor to the Cabinet of Advisors of the Ministerial Office of Mincetur, thereby obtaining the transfer or loan of an apartment located in the district of San Miguel and the purchase of air tickets for third parties.
The statement also mentions former Minister Roberto Helbert Sánchez Palomino as being denounced for having been “unduly” interested in the hiring of said advisor for the benefit of him and Guido Bellido.
