The young woman expressed her disagreement with the comments that have emerged on social networks.
News Colombia.
Jois Ramirez, girlfriend of the deceased mountaineer Kevin Bocanegrahas recently faced a wave of criticism on social networks after the death of his partner on December 31 in Nevado del Tolima. The negative comments focus on her work as a creator of adult content on digital platforms, an activity she carried out before meeting Bocanegra.
In response to these accusations, Ramírez published an emotional video on her social networks where she clarified that she is not monetizing the death of her boyfriend. “I am not monetizing with the death of my partner. “I had the biggest loss of my life at that moment and I don’t have to go out and explain to you what the grieving process I am going through is so that you believe me.”he expressed through tears.
«I have been working with the content I work on for a long time. “Before I met Kevin I already had social networks,” accurate.
The young woman emphasized that her current occupation should not be the focus of attention amid the tragedy she is going through. “I think that my work right now is not the focus, I think that is not the important issue that we should be talking about or you should be talking about, on the platforms. Does my work downplay death and the conditions in which Kevin died? “I think one thing has nothing to do with the other,” he said.
Ramírez also highlighted that her presence on social networks and her work as a creator of adult content precedes her relationship with Bocanegra, stressing that this activity is independent of recent events. Furthermore, he clarified that the interview he gave about his partner’s death did not have any lucrative purpose, since he did not receive financial compensation for sharing his story.
Kevin Bocanegra’s partner has expressed her discontent with the media attention that has focused on her work, instead of focusing on the circumstances of her boyfriend’s death and the lack of assistance that, according to her, they faced during the tragedy in the Nevado del Tolima.
In the midst of his mourning, Jois Ramírez has asked for respect and understanding, urging public opinion not to judge his personal process or his way of earning a living. “I decided to tell my story as I lived it and perceived it at that moment, because it was tragic, because it seemed unworthy to me and because it seemed to me that we suffered from a lack of help,” he concluded.
The situation has generated a debate on social networks about privacy, respect for the grief of others and the separation between the professional and personal lives of people who share content on digital platforms.
These are the statements of Jois Ramírez:
I agree with Jois. Your work should not downplay the real focus, which was the negligence that occurred in the park with Kevin’s death. They are re-victimizing the naked woman in her grieving process, more empathy please 🙏 pic.twitter.com/A2XQD8pVWj
