Ruth Luque, congresswoman from the Democratic Bloc bench, has filed a constitutional complaint against the president Dina BoluartePrime Minister Gustavo Adrianzén and the Minister of the Interior, Juan José Santiváñez for alleged irregularities in the preparation of the observations presented to the law that sought to restore preliminary detention in cases of non-flagrancy.
According to the document, the delay in the restitution of the measure occurs close to the dates in which the Public Ministry asked the Judiciary for the preliminary detention of Fredy Hinojosa for 10 days in the Qaliwarma case.
