How does the Tecpantli Icpac Agency work?

According to the Secretariat of Labor and Employment Promotion (STyFE), the Agency is a system of services to search for job opportunities, in which it integrates the National Employment Service (SNE), the Institute of Training for Work (ICAT ), and different labor linkage programs or services from CDMX agencies, as well as the private sector.

In order to access its services, you must go to the Employment Agency, at the STyFE facilities, where Secretariat staff will provide personalized attention.

There, interested people complete an initial orientation questionnaire, with the purpose of better understanding the profile and being able to link with job vacancies appropriate to the skills, experience and job expectations.

The agency will offer a series of job vacancies, training courses and, where necessary, social programs such as cooperatives and unemployment insurance.

People who attend the Tecpantli Icpac Employment Agency will receive continuous attention to follow up on their applications and support the job interview process.

It is worth mentioning that the agency will have a gender perspective approach to guarantee access to decent employment for women.

The headquarters will be located at the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, located at San Antonio Abad 32, Tránsito, Cuauhtémoc, 06820 Mexico City, CDMX.

According to the Head of Government, Clara Brugada, the agency will have service offices in the 16 municipalities, in the representation spaces of the Government of the capital.
