Workers can use the Digital Work Card application to check available job vacancies at National Employment System (Sine) agencies. The tool will replace the Sine Fácil application, which has been extinguished.
According to the Ministry of Labor and Employment, the consultation allows the department’s services to be centralized in a single application, which speeds up communication between employers and employees. The worker will receive notification every time a job offer appears in their region.
To access the service, the worker will have to update personal information and professional objectives in the Work and Social Security Card (CTPS) application, available free of charge in virtual stores on Android and iOS systems. Data can be entered by clicking on the “briefcase” icon on the bottom bar of the screen, or on the “employment” tab in the options menu.
Once the data is updated, it is possible to consult job opportunities in the “job vacancies” item, which will check whether there will be vacancies according to the profile provided. If there is a vacancy of interest, the worker simply selects and follows the next steps in “selection processes”.
The federal government’s most used service, the Digital Work Card registered more than 724 million accesses in 2024. Since the service’s debut, 81 million workers have downloaded and logged into the application, which requires an account on the Gov.br Portal.
In addition to labor intermediation, CTPS Digital offers the following services: current employment contracts, previous employment relationships, financial support, salary bonus, unemployment insurance, emergency benefit, professional qualification notifications, labor complaints channel and the extracts from the General Register of Employed and Unemployed Persons (Caged) and the Service Time Guarantee Fund (FGTS).
In addition to the application, the platform can be accessed through the Emprega Brasil Portalwhich also requires a single login to the Gov.br Portal.
