A place where minor prostitution was practiced in Zulia was raided by agents of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), according to military reports.
The establishment was located within the Las Pulgas Market, Maracaibo municipality (Zulia), where GNB officials went after receiving a complaint. At the site, the military rescued three minors who had been in captivity for approximately a year.
But, in addition, they seized eight packages of cigarettes, a sex toy, twelve condoms, two Walkie Talkie radios and two telephone equipment, says the report from Detachment 211 of the GNB.
For this fact, Librado Segundo González and Gustavo José Rodríguez Montiel, who were dedicated to prostituting minors, were arrested, the report says.
González and Rodríguez were handed over to the Public Ministry where criminal proceedings were initiated against them for sexual exploitation, among other crimes.
