Two officers of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) were arrested after being reported for committing cruel treatment against a detained person.

The detainees are identified as Daniel Jesús Zorrilla Chancón and Juan Carlos Guzmán Olivares, both with the hierarchy of officers assigned to the Division against Organized Crime of the PNB.

The events occurred in Tucupita (Delta Amacuro) where they detained a person who was handcuffed and a plastic bag was placed over his head, as seen in a video broadcast on social networks.
