Personnel of the Depincri Piura, Prosecutor’s Office for Crime Prevention and Regional Health Directorate (Diresa) Piura, carried out an operation in the market complex, where they found expired and adulterated medicine, which was seized.
The operation was carried out at sales points No. 02 and No. 12, where the drugs were seized, apparently adulterated, of unknown origin and expired, and were admitted to the Diresa laboratory for the crime against public health and others in Customs for alleged smuggling. During the operation, a woman identified as Alison FGCh (22 years old) was detained.
According to the police, there were 80 blister packs of Apronax, 28 of doloflan extraforte, 17 of chemicillin, 49 of amoxicillin, 15 phenazoeridine and 43 blister packs of gravol.
In addition, 8 boxes were found with 60 units of Bronco Phar Plus, 11 boxes of ampicillin, 4 amoxicillin, 10 of dicloxacillin, 15 of chemicillin, 151 units of thymoline and 154 vick vaporud.

They even offered baby oil, apparently expired, where 56 units of the Johnson brand were found, 12 units of timolina lionar, 6 units of bully vinegar, 123 of healing wonder and 9 talcum powder.
Also, 26 boxes of vaporal, 10 boxes of bendoserma, 3 of nador sport, 4 of menthol extraforte, 11 of Chinese menthol and 247 units of condoms, all of foreign origin and without authorization. These products were seized in position 2.
At number 12, 1,500 syringes, 146 units of healing wonder and 85 cow gall soaps were seized, apparently of foreign origin.
The merchandise is valued at thousands of soles and was seized in order to provide security to users.
