Evaluate the previous campaign. You will be able to identify which products were the best sellers and which ones were not sold as much. Additionally, you will be able to identify the strategies that helped you increase your sales and you will be able to replicate or strengthen them this year.
Follow the trends. Every year there are new preferences in terms of designs, colors and, especially, animated characters. Offer products that are aligned with the trend and your sales will increase significantly.
Weapon packs. The school campaign is an ideal time to offer product combos that complement each other. For example, you can offer sheets and folders, pencils and erasers, or notebooks and pens. This will draw buyers’ attention and help them view the products they usually buy individually as a package.
Take your inventory. Make sure you have enough merchandise to satisfy your customers’ demand. Even if you sell all year round, there are products that do not sell as much at certain times. Therefore, identify the products that are always needed, such as pencils, pens and colors, and also substitute or complementary products, so that you can buy them in greater quantities at a better price.
Don’t just stay in the sale of supplies. It’s time to get creative and see what other services you can offer, for example: personalizing school supplies with the boy or girl’s name, or making personalized designs or colors of the products.
