Galán indicated that these belong to the Metro line 1that is, this first section will be the test line that It will be 905 meters long in the Patio Taller and which, after that, will connect with the garages, with the metal bridge and with the viaduct.
“This year the first train arrives in September and it is on this line where it will do the first tests, as it has the capacity to move trains at a speed of up to 80 kilometers per hour. We are installing sleepers and rails“said the president.

According to Leónidas Narváez, manager of the Metro company, Chinese operators will be in charge of directing the test in question. There will be 120 kilometers of rails that will go on the sleepers, which arrived from China to the countryseveral months ago.
