He Ministry of Public works presented a platform technological through which citizens will have updated information on the projects that executes and concludes throughout the country, as well as its cost.
Through a code QRanyone can have access at information detailed information, see what is being done or follow up on the different projectsas a way to make transparent the work carried out by the entity in the different locations.
The queries can be done through code of the card QR and in the page www.mopc.gob.dowhich, duly organized and updated, will offer the information that are required on the characteristics of the works completed and those that are in process.
The minister Deligne Ascencion reported that the objective is to update the information at least every 15 days so that people can follow up on each work, because, in addition, residents are involved in the areas where work is being done so that they are aware of the executions.

“This will allow the data that we provide from 521 works concludedthe citizens can consult for province the works that have been delivered and the status of those that are being built in provincewhat has been completed, what is being executed and the programming of what is going to be done,” he said Deligne Ascencionminister of Public works.
He rejected the reviews of some sectors that say that the Government has started many worksbut few finishes due to the slowness with which work is done in the projects.
He reported that currently the Ministry 755 are open projects of worksfrom 69 upon arrival in August 2020, “which, if not a record, constitutes a good average.”
He said that of that total of 755 projects521 have been completed and for this month of January there are 20 waiting to open. He explained that in the 2020-2024 government period Public works presented 511 works inaugurated and finished, for a value of RD$120,473,305,155.24. “This investment is the largest in infrastructure for development, with 486 contractors registered since 1990,” he said.
