The Second Office of the Mixed Corporate Provincial Prosecutor’s Office of Pichanaqui, achieved a 35-year effective sentence against Percy Damiano Quispe for the crime of sexual rape against a minor under 13 years of age. It occurred in the town center of San Juan Centro Autiki in the Pichanaqui district. The now sentenced man took advantage of the fact that the minor was drunk to commit the outrage.
On January 8, 2024, Percy Damiano Quispe took his victim to his room to drink, realizing that the minor was dizzy and unconscious, he took the opportunity to commit the sexual violation.
The Deputy Provincial Prosecutor Elicenda Farromeque Obregón presented elements of conviction such as the minutes of the police intervention, the record of the single interview (Gessel camera), the legal medical certificate, the record of display of mobile cellular equipment, among others. He achieved a sentence of 35 years of effective punishment and civil reparation of 5 thousand soles.
The convicted person is being held in the Chanchamayo prison, where he had been serving preventive detention.
