Moisa, worked as vice-rector of the National University, at the Medellín headquarters, and became recognized in the academic and economic field, both in national and international organizations.
Giraldo. For its part, it is knowledgeable about tax issues and economic sustainability. Among some of his positions, it stands out that he was Technical and Economic Vice President at the Association of Banking and Financial Entities from 1994 and 1995.
The announcement was expected from the first days of the year, because it was a change that Petro would make in 2025, so the economic sectors were aware of it. who would be the two new members, of the five full-time members, of the Issuer’s board of directors.

Board members
