Faced with the onslaught of national fascism and its international sponsorship and support, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, expressed that the government he represents is the only guarantee of the existence of the nation as we know it.
“Today we have a better country, we have people to advance. “I am and we are the only guarantee of the existence of the Republic,” said the national leader in rejection of the violent intentions of extremist sectors to cause a rupture in national peace.
He stressed that only in revolution, and in a popular-military-police union, is it possible for the country to continue its path of growth, facilitated by the achievement of peace and the maintenance of constitutional order.
“We have defeated hatred, intolerance, we have defeated fascism, we have defeated the coup and that victory belongs to all the people of Venezuela. “We have consolidated peace, for now and forever!” exclaimed the president.
He added that his government has “consolidated 7 years of peace, building a democracy that has been a real challenge, but that remains active and powerful. “We have held 31 constitutional elections and this year 2025 we will have 10 more.”
He rejected the violence with which national and international opposition sectors have turned against Venezuela to distort the will of the people to continue growing in peace.
“Those who seek to impose interventionist formulas in Venezuela are heirs of those who perpetrated genocides against more than 80 million indigenous people and who kidnapped our African and Caribbean brothers. This is a work of the colonialist and slaveholding elite. We will not be silent in the face of this truth!” he emphasized, reaffirming the anti-imperialist stance of the Bolivarian government.
