The government of Mexico City activated its contingency plan for earthquake cases. The Secretariat of Citizen Security (SSC-CDMX) reported that five helicopters from the Cóndores group are flying over different parts of the capital to assess damage.
“We inform that at the moment we do not have any emergency reports derived from the earthquake a few minutes ago. We remain pending,” indicated the Mexico City Fire Department.
