Violations include failure to request documents, failure to properly record information, or failure to transmit information to the platform.
Currently, foreigners with irregular immigration status due to having entered by evading immigration control or carrying out activities that threaten public order, internal order and national security, They are liable to be expelled through the Exceptional Special Administrative Sanctioning Procedure (PASEE), in a maximum period of 24 hours.
