The Cicpc released the photo of the seven former presidents of the region who announced their intention to enter Venezuela for an alleged swearing-in parallel to that of re-elected president Nicolás Maduro.
Last Tuesday, the National Assembly declared these seven former presidents persona non grata through an approved agreement, which indicates that if they entered Venezuela they would be considered invaders.
The posters published by the Cicpc refer to former presidents Mario Abdo Benítez (Paraguay), Jorge Jamil Mahuad (Ecuador), Mireya Moscoso, Ernesto Pérez Valladares (Panama), Felipe Calderón, Vicente Fox (Mexico) and Andrés Pastrana (Colombia).
The poster of each of the subjects is accompanied by the following inscription: “Wanted for invader; In addition, for the commission of the crimes of conspiracy and complicity in terrorist acts, as well as attacking the peace of Venezuela.”
At the time of being declared persona non grata by the National Assembly, its president, Jorge Rodríguez, read a kind of record of each of them, who are allegedly involved in pedophilia, drug trafficking, corruption and violation of human rights.
