Santo Domingo.– Jorge Minayaformer Minister of Youth and prominent member of the Central Committee of the Dominican Liberation Party (PLD), announced his formal resignation from the political organization.
The decision of the also former director of the National Institute of Physical Education (INEFI) represents a significant loss for the PLD, especially given its close relationship with the former president Danilo Medina.
Minayaknown for its impact on public policies oriented to the youthleaves a legacy marked by initiatives that benefited thousands of young Dominicans.
