The president authorized the departure of citizens through decrees decrees 4-25 and 6-25, released today by the Presidency.
Decree 4-25 provides for the extradition of Carlos Ariel Diaz Moralesto the Kingdom of Spain, for allegedly having committed the crime of murder. Likewise, through the decree 6-25, the president Abinader ordered the extradition of the Dominican citizen, Pascasio Bueno Rosario to the Italian Republic, who avoided 12 years in prison.
Diaz Morales is noted in the Motherland of murder provided for and punishable in article 139 of the Spanish Penal Code, in addition, the illicit possession of a firearm provided for, punishable in article 563 of the same law.
