Zayat highlighted that “We reached 12,387 consultations in 2021, which is a much higher number than the 9,000 the previous year and the 5,000 the previous year.”

He argued that the result is that “now it is much easier to communicate with INADI. We project to increase between 10% and 15% the number of queries during 2022”.

“If we look at the income per month, we can see a very marked growth in the second half of last yearwhen the line has already managed to establish itself in society”, explains the director.
