The Minister for Interior Relations, Justice and Peace, Diosdado Cabello, swore in on Tuesday the men and women who make up the Corps of Revolutionary Combatants to defend peace in Yaracuy, committing to protect the lives of the people against threats and pretensions. of the extreme right to generate violence and disturb the tranquility of the country.
This was announced this Wednesday by the Yaracuy state government through a press release, in which the details of the meeting are reported.
The minister, accompanied by Governor Julio León and the Bolivarian mayors of the 14 municipalities of the entity, participated in the tactical exercises developed by the Popular Units for Peace (UPPAZ), which were carried out in coordination with the state security agencies. , the Bolivarian National Armed Forces, the Bolivarian Militia, the Police and the Active Reserve.
“Yaracuy is an example of organization, victory and discipline throughout the country, and just as this state is prepared, so is Zulia, Monagas, Bolívar, Anzoátegui, Apure, Guárico, Carabobo, Aragua, Portuguesa, Táchira, Trujillo, Mérida , Delta Amacuro, Amazonas, Cojedes, Caracas, Miranda, La Guaira, Falcón and all of Venezuela. Our response will be forceful, firm, unequivocal and decisive, so that no one will have the desire to continue generating violence in the country,” he asserted.
Cabello emphasized the importance of these units in maintaining peace, particularly in the face of recent attempts by foreign mercenaries to destabilize the country.
In that sense, he recalled the recent arrest of mercenaries, American and Colombian, formed with plans ready to generate terrorist acts starting this Wednesday in the country, who come to harm the opposition itself and then blame the revolutionaries.
“In the face of threats, we are obliged to prepare to respond immediately, neutralize and ensure peace. Enough of violence, of terrorism, of subjugating the country and its people with the sole interest of having our natural wealth. We have the preparation, the equipment and the high morale to never surrender to anyone, we are all determined to preserve the peace of the Homeland,” said Minister Cabello.
Likewise, he expressed to the rulers present, to the security forces, FANB Militia and UPPAZ, that what they have done today for the country will be appreciated by history, and the great organization they have guarantees the peace of the people and the nation, he highlighted. informative note.

For his part, Governor León emphasized that, as a single united force, the revolutionary Government has the responsibility of guaranteeing citizen security, and with the organization and reparation achieved, the commitment of a people who have decided to maintain and care for Independence is demonstrated. that Simón Bolívar left as a legacy.
“Today we are formed in UPPAZ, after several months of training based on the tactical method of revolutionary resistance and with patriotic conscience, to respond to situations of violence that fascist groups intend to promote,” explained the state president.
Likewise, he highlighted that in the 1,085 communities and in the more than 9,000 streets of the region, citizen tranquility is ensured for everyone equally and without political, cultural or religious distinction.
“From Yaracuy we ratify our commitment to peace. These revolutionary and security forces, in popular, police and military union, will be present wherever they are called, with loyalty and love for the Homeland. This free and independent people is respected today, tomorrow and always,” León emphasized.
