Diego Sanjurjo will continue as coordinator of Security Strategy in the next administration

This decision responds to a request from the designated minister, Carlos Negro, who will take over as head of the portfolio.

Sanjurjo previously highlighted the appointment of Negro as Minister of the Interior, highlighting the experience shared between the two in the last five years: Sanjurjo as an advisor to the ministry and Negro in his role as Homicide prosecutor.

The ESIP coordinator has already informed about his willingness to continue in office both the current minister, Nicolás Martinelli, and the authorities of the Colorado Party.
