The Central American business publication, in its December edition, listed companies from El Salvador, Nicaragua, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and the Dominican Republic, which stand out for their commitment to the well-being of their template labor and the execution of good practices to attract and retain human talent.

The ranking of the Best Employersbased on a regional survey, evaluated aspects such as labor practices, incentives, development opportunities and the commitment to sustainability, Popular indicated in a press release.

In this regard, the study “The Age of Adaptability”, carried out by the recruitment firm Manpower, cites that 62% of candidates review the environmental reputation of the company before accepting a job offer and for 60% of employees it is a decisive factor that their organization has a clear stance on environmental issues.

This year, Popular carried out 976 employee promotions. 13% was equivalent to managerial roles. 39% of promotions benefited employees between 30 and 50 years old, strengthening teams that balance dynamism and experience.
