The National Police identified this Saturday the alleged person responsible for the death of the teenager Weslin Yerismal Cruz, 16 years old. The tragic incident took place last Wednesday, December 25, on 14th Street, corner 15, in February 27 neighborhoodin the National District.
The accused was identified as José Manuel Féliz Ramírez, known as “José Trenzas”, 26 years old.
The law enforcement institution asks José Manuel to surrender by any means he deems appropriate.
The spokesman for the National Police, Diego Pesqueira, indicated that the alleged criminal is “highly dangerous” and that he is “heavily armed.”
Pesqueira reiterated that the minor’s death occurred at a time when two motorcycle drivers had an accident, which led to an argument that culminated in a shooting. During the confrontation, one of the bullets hit Weslin Yerismal.
