In relation to the complaintsstated that Bogotá is the population of the national territory with the largest number with 2,444; which is followed by Antioquia, with 1,760; Atlántico, with 1,231 and Valle del Cauca, 1,117.

“It is not possible for prison communications to continue at this time. That is pure political will, remove the antennas You can either remove the inhibitors or block the operators’ simcards, but there is no legislation and no coordinated operation,” he said.
