During his daily conference, in response to a specific question, Shienbaum spoke about the labor consequences of some approved reforms, as is also the case of the creation of the new Women’s Secretariat.
–Last week it was reported that public servants from Inmujeres and Conavim, institutions that will become part of the Women’s Secretariat, had to choose between signing their liquidation or continuing with a junior position and losing their seniority. What are the alternatives.
–Well, Citlalli (Hernández, Women’s Secretary) has to talk to them or the Women’s Secretariat team, and give them the various options.
–If there are liquidations, how much are we talking about, how would this readjustment be put together?
“The law will be complied with, the Federal Labor Law will always be complied with,” responded the President, who pointed out that even when they were autonomous organizations, each one has its particularities.
