The administrative investigation of the Pimping case in Congressin whose plot is the murder of former worker Andrea Vidal Gómez and the participation of the former head of the Legal Advisory Office in an alleged prostitution network, Jorge Luis Torres Saravia, would be the chronicle of an announced APP shield. This is because the person who formed the investigative group is the head of Human Resources, Haidy Figueroa Valdez, an APP activist since 2014. That is, there could be bias and shielding in the case.
In addition, Alianza para el Progreso, César Acuña’s party, could return the favor to Torres Saravia for having saved the former president of the Legislature, Alejandro Soto, in 2023, through a legal opinion in which he said that there was no crime of nepotism when he hired the mother of his son in his office. This prevented him from being investigated by the Ethics Commission.
But it is not the only area in the hands of apepistas and those linked to the party. Carlos Luis País Vera is general director of Administration and receives a salary of S/26,227. He was the representative of a company owned by Richard Acuña, the son of the president of APP.
The head of the Budget Area is Yolanda Ríos Mendoza. He has a salary of S/15,470 and was an APEP activist until 2021.
Iván Esteban Saldaña, head of the General Services Department, earns S/19,277 and has been an advisor to Richard Acuña and Luis Valdez, as well as the APP bench.
William Alcántara, head of the Planning and Budget Office, earns S/19,277. He has also been an advisor to Richard Acuña and the APP bench.
Jorge Cruzalegui worked with Humberto Acuña, brother of César Acuña, in 2017, and today he is the head of the Planning Area. Earn S/15,470. He obtained that position in September 2023 thanks to the generosity of Alejandro Soto. Finally, the list closes, Jaqueline Lozano Millones, APP activist and head of the Center for Training Modalities, with a salary of S/19,277.
I KNEW THAT
