Ramón Trigo gave an account of what was done during the year
“The support of the Municipality has been fundamental for the achievements achieved in our municipality,” said Magdaleno Menchaca, mayor of Ramón Trigo, during the Open Town Hall where he gave an account of what was done during 2024.
In the activity carried out in the town’s community hall, with the presence of neighbors and councilors, Menchaca, who was recently elected President of the Federation of Mayors, highlighted the collaboration of the Municipality in key areas such as health, education and public works, that have allowed the quality of life of the inhabitants to improve.
Among the most relevant achievements, he highlighted the implementation of telemedicine, which enabled the arrival of specialists such as dentists, gynecologists and psychologists, guaranteeing access to essential health services for the rural community.
He also pointed out advances in infrastructure, such as the installation of lights that cover almost 100% of the town and the improvement of rural roads, “The population’s money is invested in things that the town really needs,” he pointed out.
In addition, he highlighted the planning of an illuminated cycle path, which will connect Ramón Trigo with neighboring towns, promoting the safety and mobility of the inhabitants. “It is an important project that will allow a more accessible and safe connection between towns,” he stated.
The mayor, who recognized that the relationship with the Municipality has been “100% positive, expressed his satisfaction with the achievements made and his commitment to the pending projects. “We will continue working until the last day to meet the needs of our community,” he concluded.
