This Friday (20), the Federal Police (PF) arrested radio host Roque Saldanha, one of those investigated in the Federal Supreme Court (STF) investigation that deals with the coup acts of January 8, 2023.
The radio presenter was arrested in Colatina (ES) and taken to undergo criminal examinations. He will undergo a custody hearing this Saturday (21).
Saldanha had been on the run since last month after breaking his electronic ankle bracelet. Mandatory use is one of the precautionary measures determined against him by the rapporteur of the STF investigation, minister Alexandre de Moraes.
Before breaking the equipment and fleeing Governador Valadares (MG), where he lives, Saldanha published a video on social media in which he insulted and insulted the minister.
THE Brazil Agency seeks contact with the accused’s defense. The space is open for manifestation.
