With the purpose that citizens can review who are the candidates for ministers, magistrates and judges, the National Electoral Institute (INE) will create a platform called Get to know them, where each candidate will be able to publicize their resume with a photograph, creating a profile with information precise, without promoting their candidacies.
This platform will be visible on the INE’s website and social networks, with the aim that Mexicans know the candidates’ trajectories.
Each one will be responsible for the information they publish, since the system is exclusively a means of dissemination so that citizens know their profiles. The information in the system is for informational, statistical and public purposes, so anyone can access the data contained therein.

The Temporary Commission for the Judicial Election of the INE approved these guidelines that will be submitted to the General Council for approval, where they establish that the candidates will have a single opportunity to capture their information, so it will be necessary that, before publication, they verify the content.
Among the data that they must capture, a photograph no older than three months stands out, their professional, work and academic history, as well as explaining in a maximum of 120 characters why they want to hold a public office, in 500 their vision of the jurisdictional function. and in another 500 his vision of the administration of justice, as well as a proposal to improve the function that judges have.
In yesterday’s session, this temporary commission also determined that for the election of the Judicial Branch, early voting will be applied for people with disabilities who are unable to attend a voting booth, and primary caregivers, in order to protect and guarantee this political right. -electoral of citizens.
This group of people will only vote for positions of ministers, magistrates of the Judicial Disciplinary Court and magistrates of the upper chamber of the Electoral Tribunal of the Judicial Branch of the Federation, except for magistrates of regional chambers, as well as judicial circuits and court judges.
The campaign for these people must begin this month and will conclude next May, since early voting will be carried out in a period of 15 days through home visits, although the scrutiny and counting of these votes will be done until June 1 , day of judicial election day in the country’s district boards.
For early voting, the applicants’ homes will be visited in order to invite them to participate, deliver and collect individual requests for registration on the Nominal List of Voters, through which citizens express their intention to participate.
