What does the Productive Linkage program offer?
The program has two main focuses:
Paid jobs:
- Collaborating companies integrate people over 60 years of age, providing them with:
- Legal benefits and, in some cases, higher benefits.
- Hiring by hour, day, project or specific services.
Voluntary Packaging System:
- Opportunities for those who wish to participate in volunteer activities that generate additional income.
In addition, the program includes training for companies, raising their awareness about the importance of including older adults in their workforce.
Requirements to participate
To join the program you need to meet the following requirements:
- Age: Be 60 years old or older.
- INAPAM Credential: Present the original.
- Official identification with photo: It can be INE, valid passport, driver’s license or IMSS/ISSSTE health card.
Important note: Collaborating companies may request additional requirements depending on the activity offered.
Steps to join the program
Fill out a social inclusion application: This begins the formal process.
- Interview with the Productive Linkage Promoter: A representative from INAPAM will evaluate your skills and preferences.
- Selecting an offer: You can choose between paid or voluntary productive activities.
- Management of interviews with companies: INAPAM will support you in this process so that you can integrate into the chosen activity.

You must go to the INAPAM Productive Linking modules in your location, during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
