Citizen Eulogio González Gudiel, who participated in the Muelle de los Bueyes multi-threat drill, according to images released by the same official media, suffered “serious burns on his face” after being hit by the fire that he himself set as part of that exercise. .
In the video it can be seen that González doused a plastic and wooden bucket with gasoline, prepared for the National Exercise Preparation to Protect Life in Multithreat Situations, but when he set it on fire the flames reached him.
The incident occurred in front of a bus stop, located in the Rubén Darío neighborhood of Muelle de los Bueyes, where there were several users waiting for public transportation units in that area.
González, according to the publications, immediately after suffering the burns he was transferred to the Primary Hospital of Muelle de los Bueyes, but due to the severity of the injuries he had to be sent to the hospital in Juigalpa, Chontales.
