Santo Domingo.- The Azua Permanent Attention Court dictated this Tuesday three months of preventive detention as a measure of coercion against a man accused of murdering his partner in an incident that occurred in this province.
The measure was imposed after the presentation of evidence by the Public Ministry, who rated the case like femicide, a highly serious crime that has generated consternation in the community.

The accused must serve preventive detention in the Center of Correction and Rehabilitation of Azua while the investigations against him progress.
This case adds to the alarming problem of violence gender in the country, which continues to be a challenge for authorities and society.
