Members of various organizations of the Dominican Republic were arrested on the coast of Flints to two men with 641 packages of a substance presumed to be cocainereported the National Drug Control Directorate (DNCD) this Wednesday.
The detainees are two Dominicans from whom a rifle was also seized and who have not been identified. Those arrested were chased for “several hours” on the high seas.
