Although the city hall of the capital of São Paulo has decreed an optional point during the carnival holiday, today (28) children over 5 years of age will be vaccinated against covid-19. Immunization takes place from 8 am to 7 pm at Outpatient Medical Assistance (AMAs)/Integrated Basic Health Units (UBSs).
Children must be accompanied by an adult responsible for identification, proof of residence and vaccination card.
The addresses of vaccination sites can be consulted at page of the Municipal Secretary of Health.
THE Eye on the Line page shows the availability of doses and the queues at vaccination posts. 5-year-olds and 5- to 11-year-olds with self-immunosuppression can only receive Pfizer’s pediatric vaccines.
