The second agreement was with the Aurora Program of the Ministry of Women and was publicized by the NGO of the president’s surgeon days after the operation.

They refuse to testify before the Oversight Commission
Doctor Cabani refuses to respond to the press and also to the Congressional Oversight Commission, where he has been cited repeatedly by the Podemos Peru congressman, Juan Burgos.

Aguilar worked at the Cabani Aesthetic Clinic, run by doctor Mario Cabani.
Dina Boluarte assures that the surgery was for health reasons
Last Thursday, In a message to the nation, the president confirmed that she had surgery in June of last yearbut denied that it was for aesthetic purposes. The intervention, he assured, was for health reasons.
The National Prosecutor’s Office investigates Boluarte for alleged abandonment of presidential office and omission of dutiesdue to his absence in the Palace after the surgery.
The investigation was initiated after former Prime Minister Alberto Otárola declared before the Congressional Oversight Commission that the president had been absent from the Palace after the intervention.
This is the eighth investigation that the Head of State faces in her government.
