Two days later, Ramírez responded to the minister’s threats: “Surprised by the threats. I am a substitute Rector, not incorporated into the CNE. Since December 2023 I have not had contact with any rector and it is not among my plans to leave the country, much less execute actions over which I do not have any type of competence,” he assured on his social networks.
According to Cabello, former CNE rector Juan Carlos Delpino, who left the country after the presidential elections, would also participate in this alleged action.
