Santo Domingo. – More than 600 thousand people have visited Villa Navidad this year since November 30, the date on which this third edition began, managing to establish an attendance record. Villa Navidad has become a cultural and entertainment space that begins the Dominican Christmas tradition.
A magical space, free for the whole family to enjoy. A recreation option in a safe space for the recreation of adults and children during this holiday season.
Each year Villa Navidad has a different concept with a view to evolving the project and renewing each visitor experience, with the participation of the characteristic characters of the time, the images that recreate these holidays and adding elements that surpass previous editions.
The concept of this edition is the ‘Santa Claus Toy Factory’, the park has a carousel, a foam show with the Grinch (a fictional character), a tunnel of lights and areas decorated with a Christmas theme, fire trucks decorated, an old National Police car among other attractions. Characters such as Santa Claus, the Three Wise Men, booths and picnic spaces, snow forests, food areas, a cultural corner with a sports museum, road safety education, and fireworks complement part of the offer that can be enjoyed in Villa Navidad .
Villa Navidad, is available in the Gardens of the Palacio de los Deportes, Virgilio Travieso Soto, in the Juan Pablo Duarte Olympic Center, National District, from November 30, 2024 to January 6, 2025.
Likewise, the activity also takes place in the gardens of the Gran Teatro del Cibao in Santiago, from December 2, 2024 to January 6, 2025.
Both theme parks have their doors open from 6:00 in the afternoon until 10:00 at night from Monday to Sunday to offer a space of joy, tradition and fun for the whole family.
