The OVP and Fundehullan counted between them a group of 11 people who were released: Four in El Cementerio; six in Los Teques and one in Guárico
The Venezuelan Prison Observatory (OVP) confirmed the release of a group of 10 people, including four teenagers, from detention centers in Caracas and the state of Miranda on the night of Wednesday, December 11.
Through his social networksthe OVP indicated that the teenagers Ángel Ramírez, Frenyermi Lara, Deiber Lucena and Yenderson Martínez left Justice Center 432 of El Cementerio with precautionary measures, leaving four others detained in those police cells.
Likewise, he indicated that about six women were released from the La Crisálida Training Center for Female Prosecuted Women, in Los Teques. Their relatives were called at night to go look for them and some gathered in Plaza Venezuela and La Bandera.
Regarding this detention center, said observatory said that there were complaints about poor hygiene conditions for the inmates, emphasizing that they are given a pot of water so they could bathe.

On the other hand, the NGO Fundehullan indicated that on the night of Wednesday, December 11, the teenager Franklin Bolívar was released from the Damián Labrador juvenile boarding school in San Juan de los Morros, in Guarico.

On November 21, Bolívar had a trial hearing “without evidence and elements that point to him being responsible for the terrorist crimes he is accused of,” the aforementioned NGO recalled at the time.
In addition, it emphasized that this adolescent suffers from post-meningitis epileptic syndrome and had health complications.

These releases occur at a time when state security forces have detained at least five people in the last 24 hours: three leaders from the state of Bolívar, linked to Vente Venezuela and Voluntad Popular; the former councilor Jesus Armas and the mayor of Cabimas, Nabil Maalouf.
